About us
deckstro.com is operated by Karuna Innovations, Hyderabad, India (“Deckstro”, “we”, “us”). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders and acceptance
An order is confirmed once payment is successfully completed and you receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock unavailability; if we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Prices and offers can change at any time; the price shown at checkout when you pay is the price that applies to your order.
Shipping, damage and replacements
Shipping timelines and our damaged-item replacement process are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Intellectual property
The DECKSTRO name and logo, and the STACKY name and logo, are trademarks of Karuna Innovations. All game content, card designs, artwork, rules text and website content are the intellectual property of Karuna Innovations. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of any part of our products or this website is prohibited under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, place fraudulent orders or infringe our intellectual property. Betraying your friends at the table is encouraged; betraying our servers is not.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for friendships tested by competitive gameplay.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
