Where we ship, and what it costs

We ship across India, and shipping is completely free on every order. No minimums, no surprise charges at checkout. Every order is shipped with tracking, and you will receive your tracking details by email once your order is dispatched.

Payments and COD

All orders are prepaid. We do not offer Cash on Delivery at the moment. Prepaid checkout keeps orders moving fast and prices fair for everyone.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location, metros tend to be quicker, remote pin codes can take a little longer. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and can occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather or festive-season volumes.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us at contact@deckstro.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a couple of photos (an unboxing video helps speed things up). We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If a delivery fails because the address was incomplete or unreachable, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery; additional shipping charges may apply.
