Who we are
Deckstro is a games brand operated by Karuna Innovations, Hyderabad, India. This policy explains what information we collect when you use deckstro.com and how we handle it.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect the details needed to fulfil it: your name, shipping address, email address and phone number. When you browse, we collect standard analytics information (pages visited, device and browser type) to understand how the site is used and improve it.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by our commerce and payment partners (including Shopify and its payment gateways). We never see or store your full card, UPI or banking details on our servers.
Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and your browser’s local storage for things that make the site work, like remembering what is in your cart between visits, and for basic analytics. We do not use them to follow you around the internet.
How we use your information
To process and deliver your orders, respond to your messages, improve the site and, only if you opt in, to send you updates about new games and offers. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Sharing
We share information only with the partners required to run the store: our commerce platform, payment gateways, courier partners (your name, address and phone number, so they can deliver) and analytics providers. Each is bound to protect it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing contact@deckstro.com. If you have opted into marketing emails, every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Data protection
We handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We keep order information only as long as needed for legal, tax and service reasons.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, the new version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
